Is the Salmon from the local BP fish stores, really healthier than KRM's salmon?
How do we really know, or do we just trust that stores like Freunds' wild salmon is healthier?
Also, do we have any way of knowing Freunds' wild salmon is really wild salmon?

Anyone that knows their fish can tell if salmon is wild by the color and taste/texture.

FYI, the salmon in KRM is from Freund’s Fish.

You can tell by the color. Farm-raised salmon has a more orange color versus wild caught salmon which is more dull in color.

I don't know what type of fish Freunds carry but most of the Jewish fish stores where I live do not carry wild caught salmon. They're all farm raised and they get them from the same distributors. I'd actually be surprised to hear that Freunds indeed has wild salmon.
Costco sometimes has it. not always.
You can also note the price. (anything healthier will be much costlier)
