Hi we are looking to relocate oot, more towards the south, does anyone know of places that have low tuition or work with you?
I heard Virginia has low tuition

Low isn't going to happen OOT, unless you go to a place with serious vouchers. However, I'm pretty sure that Atlanta has a family cap on tuition.

Cincinnati, Cleveland, south bend have vouchers.
Ohio edchoice has a low income program. Below an income limit, you don't pay any tuition at all.

What does family cap mean? And how much is it?

I think that if you have more than 3 children in the school, you pay only the amount for 3 kids. I could be wrong though.
This is for one specific school that I'm thinking of. There are other schools there as well.
