I didn't realize that my veggie lasagna recipe calls for cooking cream mixed with cottage cheese, egg and cheese.
What is cooking cream? Does that mean heavy cream? Can I use regular milk as a substitute? Help!!!!

I would skip it. I donโt like it so creamy. Itโs too wet.

I would add something or it could be too dry. You can substitute milk with some melted butter to make up the fat content in cream.

it Called for 8 oz. so I did 8oz. Milk and two tbsp Greek cream cheese and let's pray I didn't ruin it. It looked heavenly even when raw. ๐

I'm sure you did good.
Half and half is probably about 12%?
