For best results (digestion-wise) I understand that it should go for 24 hours, but til I got the milk etc... it was latish last night.
The thing is, I put in it my milchig oven with the light bulb on. But, I'd like to unplug that stove so that in case I want to use a fire on Yom Tov I can light a new fire with a match from an old flame. (Not wanting to cook milchigs on my fleishig stove...)
So - what would you do?
1. Take it out before Shabbos?
2. Unplug stove but leave it in, since there should be enough residual heat for a couple more hours?
3. Put in one tea light? (I know, it's been discussed, but I don't think only one can do any harm)
4. Forget about the milchig flame & just leave the stove plugged in
5. Other
(Not enough time to make a poll : )

No idea... but I put mine in my instant pot late last night so it only got 6 hours before I left for work and had to put into fridge (I didn't think I could leave it cooking or on counter all day.. you've taught me something... and here I thought I'd be the only one making yogurt for chag.
