What city? What does he enjoy doing? Think of his strengths and his passions and look for jobs offered in that field.
Ex. Working with special needs kids , like Yedei Chesed, Hamaspik
Does he like Judaica? A job in a seforim store
Does he like shlepping and doing physical labor? Delivery guy , warehouse work
Does he enjoy carpentry? He can work for a builder or do electrical work , plumbing etc. as an apprentice
Most importantly it should be something he enjoys, that's when you are the hardest working and feel the most satisfaction.
