They don’t hurt but they look hideous.
Not necessarily from pregnancies I think.
I’m embarrassed to walk out with blue legs.
Any quick fixes ? Advice?

Try sally hansen's airbrush legs, it's excellent
Start with Light color

If it really bothers you, there is spider-vein surgery but I don't recommend it

First off see a doctor for vascular consult to make sure it's just cosmetic. If so, use makeup or whatever you fancy.

FYI, varicose veins do not need to hurt to require treatment. Def not a good idea to wait till it gets to that point.

If it's real varicose veins one needs a consult to rule out deep vein thrombosis, venous insufficiency etc. there are procedures and preventative treatments that help improve current situation and prevent worsening.

Please do see a proper doctor. I was too ignorant to see one, and it cost me some time money and aggravation.

Ladies please if you can at all afford it, see the doctor. Even if you don't need procedures but can get compression stockings, they help tremendously with pain, heaviness and (when applicable) prevent worsening of the condition.
