So there’s a Facebook group trying to get together unsatisfied (to say the least) customers of a certain Pesach hotel program to go to a Din Torah against the family running the program....Should this family be stopped so that they can’t keep providing such a terrible experience every year to many new and unsuspecting customers? Apparently they use a different hotel every year and change the name of the program as well, so no one will recognize them, because they apparently don’t get repeat customers, due to the numerous problems with their program....

Yes. The family should be stopped from charging a fortune for terrible service to unsuspecting customers... Why is this a question?

They overbook more customers than the hotel can fit, then stick unsuspecting people into motels a block away....not enough beds in rooms, awful food and food runs out, completely disorganized, nothing runs according to the schedule they hand out...many people experienced sudden problems with them. I think the worst part is knowing they do this every year, then know enough to switch hotels and change the name of their program so people won’t know it’s them! I’d they don’t think they’re doing anything wrong, why change your name every year.
