Looking for potential high schools with great, well trained teachers and solid educational foundation.

Suggestions?

I was going to recommend them too. My sister went there and it was perfect. Rabbi Katz is amazing. Not sure if it's still the same as it was back then.

I was also going to recommend looking into YGW. I was there over 10 years ago though so I'd suggest looking for someone who's been more recently Smile

I don't think Bruriah offers boarding but if you are willing to arrange boarding on your own, Ma'ayanot in Teaneck NJ is an excellent MO school. A significant number of students commute. Bruriah is a great school and also has a large number of commuters but is not really MO.

When I was in Bruriah, the school helped parents find boarding families. It's not as modern as some MO schools but it's definitely not a BY either.

Am not going to get into specifics, but many alumni, including myself, would disagree.

It is neither modern nor does it have boarding. It is a Bais Yaakov school. Yes, a more moderate one compared to the other one in Chicago, but still BY. It does have some boarders in homes, but doesn't have a dormitory. It is though an excellent school.
