I'm looking for powdered magnesium to give to my preschooler for constipation. She was prescribed miralex by the doctor. She goes regularly but an x-ray showed that she's not getting it all out. I asked if I could try a more alternative option and was given the go ahead. I can't seem to find it kosher with good reviews. Freida didn't seem to have good reviews online. Any recommendations- looking for it online.
