I have some leftover sliced roast beef that I'd like to repurpose. Nothing that's a patchka (no deli roll or wrapped into chicken breasf) I'm open to salads.
Stack the slices and cut into long slivers. Serve over your favorite salad. It can be Italian lettuce mix of romaine and sprinkling of shredded red cabbage with sliced red onion, halved grape tomatoes and some croutons. Drizzle dressing on top and garnish with the meat.
