Looking for some easy sheet pan dinners that are tried and true

Salmon red potato and string pans
Cube red potatoes and toss in olive oil and salt and put on one third of the cookie sheet. Bake for 350 for 25 min. For four peices of salmon the sauce would be 4 tbs maple syrup 2 tbs soy sauce and one garlic clove. Pour the sauce over the salmon. It’s better if you marinate first for a few hrs or over night. Put salmon in middle of cookie sheet. Toss green beans is oil and salt and put on other side of cookie sheet. Bake for 20 min on 350. Then broil for 5 min.
This is a real hit in my house. It dirties next to nothing and I make fish sticks for the little guys that don’t like salmon

Zucchini cut in big chuncks, carrot cut in big chinks , onions cut in 1/4s, chicken pieces, onion soup mix (a little bit) or season as you like (salt, pepper garlic) , mix all together, cover
Bake 350 2 hrs.
Sometimes I put it at 450 for 1 hr.
At the end uncover and cook until chicken gets golden color.
Add what ever veggies you like. Different combinations, different flavors
Mushroom
Or Japanese eggplant
Or sweet potato
Or butternut squash
Or plantain
Or potato
Etc.
