Try English cake, or big Apple pizza in ramat beit hakerem. It's opposite shaarei tzedek

Denya on Sderot Herzl, opposite kikar Denya in Beit Hakerem.
DD's eaten there a number of times. It's one of her favorite spots.
Nice atmosphere and good dairy and Italian food.
