You could check shuls in the area to see if they offer home hospitality on their websites, or list nearby hotel options. You could also try Shabbos.com, or reach out to Cleveland members from here like Marina to see if they have suggestions or availability.

Not ideal, but there's Courtyard by Marriott next to University Hospitals. It's a 50 minute walk to CH.
I wish I could host you, but I'm having some health issues.
