How do you store rainboots , we are 7 that means 7 pairs of rainboots that need to be accessible when they are needed but are not needed every day

We have a shoe closet to store all the shoes and boots.

Food can't be stored under a bed because of tumah. But under beds are fantastic storage spaces with the correct storage boxes. Please check with your LOR because I think you misunderstood the Halacha.

My kids don’t own rainboots. Problem solved!

We don't have rain boots either but for the winter we have a boot box. I keep it out in the garage during the season they are needed and we tend to just dump them into the box when not in use . Once the season is over I store the boot box in the attic until the next year.

Is there a reason he gave??? Because this is news to many. I would love to hear his reason.
