does anyone have a recipe for fruit soup. Looking for a recipe either with tinned fruit or fresh fruit?
Thanks

not sure if this is what you are looking for, I make this fruit soup/compote either for dessert topped with ice cream or as a starter - its very refreshing...slice & peal: 3 apples, 3 pears, 4 plums (with skin), apricot ( I leave out) abt 2 cups water (to cover fruit) & 1/2 C sugar. put all in pan and bake on 350 for one hr.

2 -3 peaches or nectarines in slices (should peel peaches)
Sugar to taste ( start with 1/4 cup)
1 c orange juice
1 c rice or almond milk
put 1st 4 ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. boil till fruit is basically soft. turn off and cool. add soymilk and blend. Serve cold
