Does anyone have a grilled chicken cutlet recipe that would be exciting for my kids? Tasty, not dried out? While we’re at it, can’t seem to get my grilled chicken juicy, I like to grill indoors/ oven, just more convinient. I think thin cutlets taste better but I don’t want them dry. So I guess I need a good kid friendly recipe and then some grilling advice . ( and not time consuming 😬)

I only use dark cutlets for grilling. I grill only until it gets some grill marks then transfer to baking pan and bake covered for. About 20 min to half hour. Like this it has the grilled taste and cooked through while staying juicy through baking.

If you let the cutlets marinate for quite a while they will not be dry. Tried and Tested. It's delicious!

That's right! I prepare a marinade in a bag, add the cutlets, and place them in the fridge the night before. Juicy and tasty!
