Looking for quick, easy, tasty, chicken cutlet recipe, marinated style.... preferably NOT breaded, even though that is delish!!!, and one that doesn't have too much sauce, because I want one able to reheat it shabbos day without having liquid issue.

daagahminayin recently posted a recipe that I really like. I actually like to bake it then refrigerate and slice it very thin before serving cold over a salad. Tastes like good grilled chicken.

2 lbs chicken breast (4 whole breast pieces, not sliced, not pounded) brushed with oil.
I use smoked paprika and sometimes smoked garlic powder as well. More salt, less pepper. I don't brine it but I do allow the seasoning to sit and kind of marinate, and also come to room temperature, before I bake it. Bake in a baking pan with high sides about 20 minutes. Cover with foil and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Besides for grilled and broiled marinated chicken I think it’s hard to think of a recipe with no breading and no sauce.
All it can have then is spices or a marinade before cooking?

Pour on salad dressing, bake, pull it out of the liquid before shabbos. BBQ sauce works too

Drizzle EVOO, put a frozen garlic cube & frozen basil cube on top of each piece. When halfway baked, smush the cubes around the chicken. Flip over and repeat with the cubes

Half cup of honey
Half cup of mustard
Rosemary and basil to taste
Bake 45 mins turn halfway through
Super easy super flavorful - while it is saucy you can serve it cold or room temp and it’s very good
