Anyone have any updated information on inwood. What is the current housing market like? How many families are there now? Is it still a warm welcoming community as posters said a few years ago? I hear there are three sections, what are the differences between them? How many Shuls? What are the most common schools people send to? What is the hashkafic mix of people?

Not to be a downer.. but very very tough housing market... houses are very small/need work and prices going up.. also a lotttt of pple looking.. very nice community def expanded since a few years ago. The three parts aren’t that dif from each other, pple are more just buying houses where they can find.. maybe some subtle differences..the country club side is maybe a bit of a more in town/ fancier crowd.. but that is all relative lol it’s still Inwood. I think the more yeshivish pple/ pple who send to siach yotzchok are more in the area closed tbto Far Rockaway.. but they are all very mixed crowds right now. Pple send to all dif schools but mostly the more right wing ones darchei/ykli/some siach and some south shore. Tag/bby/areres Miriam
