I'm coming to Yerushalayim for a simcha and wanted to get some names and addresses of places where I can buy quality paper goods, flowers, rent a tablecloth, rent a table and chairs?

Davka expensive, or did you mean inexpensive?
In Givat Shaul there's a shop "shiga'on shel shulchan" - full of nice paper goods there.
I don't know about tablecloth and flower rentals though.

I meant not the 99 cents quality.
I want better paper goods. Could be cheap, but good quality.

I second Shigaon shel shulchan for paper good although on the more expensive side there is peamit store not far from there in givat shaul and at osher ad they have good prices too in geula on two different side streets there are two different stores that are better priced than shigaon
