I defrosted 2 packages of frozen butternut squash, I think on Monday, and then put them in my fridge. How long are they good for? Is it too late for me to use them? Thanx.

Ok, I'm really embarrassed, but they've now been sitting in my fridge for a week! Something major came up, and I didn't have time to make this into kugels.. πCan I make them now, and freeze them raw? Or, did I miss the boat, and they are now garbage..π Thanx!

It's probably still safe, but it will probably be quite mushy. Not sure how great it will taste. Smell it first.
