I recently tasted a really good purple cabbage salad that had green pumpkin seeds and ramen noodles in it. Don’t rememebe what else. Anyone know what the recipe is?

You can use pumpkin seeds instead of sunflower seeds.

I've never made the exact recipe that ra-mom referenced but I have made others of this genre.
Just pointing out that the ramen noodles can also be toasted in the microwave (as can all nuts and seeds) without any fat whatsoever and I think they are just as good that way.
You just have to be careful that they don't burn.
