I am writing a kids book and would love tips on publishing. Can I just send it to the basics? Targum, Artscroll, Menucha, anyone else? Can I send to all at once? Tia!

Check the submission guidelines to make sure you are submitting.to a house that actually publishes the kind of book you've written. Look at books similar to yours and see who published them. You might find a publisher you didn't know about.
Then submit to everyone at once, because they will take a long time to get back to you.
