Making it for a family dinner Sunday night. Will be 4 to 6 adults depending who ends up coming and maybe 2 kid's that eat quinoa. How many raw cups do I need?

Yes, a side dish. A fish main as well as a pasta and lettuce salad.

Cook up 1.5 cups but it's possible that people won't eat as much of it as rice.
