I've noticed this author has written a lot of books on Torah. Where is she haskafically? Are her books considered Biblical Criticism? Is she open Orthodox? Modern orthodox? Is she accepted in the yeshivish world? Thanx..

She uses literary techniques to understand medrashim. I believe that she's MO in her personal life. (Does it help to know that she wears a sheitel?) In any case, she's very bright and well worth reading.

She lectures mainly in MO institutions.
I don't really know how to define her hashkafically.
She draws heavily from the fields of literature and psychology in her interpretations but they are also quite steeped in chassidut.
Personally, her approach really speaks to me.

Her work is incredible and I’m not using the term lightly. I really think she’s a genius and there is also this goodness of spirit that comes through in her writing and lectures.
