I have 3 hours to do something fun with my husband on Wednesday. I'm thinking either a late lunch or early dinner and then something near wherever that is. My husband enjoys more nature/hike kind of stuff as opposed to touristy things which makes it difficult to come up with ideas as a resident of NY especially without a long time frame.
Any ideas?

My mother just took my DS yesterday on a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. The water is the "nature" part and the walk is the "hike" part😊

High Line Park?
Botanical gardens?
Central Park? Can combine with the Metropolitan Museum.
Governor's Island?
Staten Island Greenbelt?

Governor's Island would be a great option, and near the boat terminal is Reserve Cut, which is delicious and extremely classy (though not cheap). You could also walk through Central Park and find a place to eat near the park.

Does reserve cut have a menu for the 9 days?
Thanks for all the ideas!

You can also ride bikes or boat through Central Park.
