Well, what do you want? That's a kind of vague question... they sell almost everything...

As the previous poster said, can you be more specific? I shop there a few times a week and have my regular list of items but I'm not sure what you are looking for. We do love the frozen mango and other fruit for smoothies, and soy icecream on shabbos. Oh, great nut and dried fruit selection. The raw almonds are the best price around!

Staples that I buy there:
* Cheap bran flakes ($1.99/box as compared to $4+ for Wheaties at the supermarket).
* Cool granola flavors like maple pecan and cashew ginger (I like to mix a little granola into my bran flakes)
* Cheap unsweetened soy milk, I love it for baking with.
* Good price for olive oil and toasted sesame oil.
* Nut butters like almond and cashew butter.
* Feta cheese -- they have Eden brand cholov yisroel Israeli feta cheese that is really good

If you don't keep cholov yisroel, they have SOOO many cookies that are OU-D. Gingersnaps and meringues and biscotti and incredible cinnamon and molasses-y graham crackers.

Other great snacks (besides the frozen stuff, which other posters have mentioned) are the sweet-and-salty kettle corn (pink bag), the Identity Crisis multi-grain chips and lots of good chocolate. If you like dark chocolate, like 70%+ dark, they've got it. My husband likes the candy-coated licorice nibs (like tiny Tic Tacs).

Also, some of the OUD cookies are not really dairy. My VERY dairy allergic son can have the letters cookies, I'm not sure if there are others. Maybe the cats?
