Im not familiar with Connecticut. I like vacationing in an area close to kosher restaurants. Which area of Connecticut has the most kosher restaurants and a frum population? I know theres a Yeshivish area that years ago had limited kosher restaurants.

Are there areas with Glatt Kosher/Cholov Yisroel restaurants Im not aware of?

Can anyone name specific nice but not pricey dairy and meat restaurants?

Also which is the best Kosher Restaurant Database used these days?

Honestly, there's not a ton of restaurants in CT. Waterbury's your best bet, but it's fairly simple fare. Stamford has some options as well, but it's pretty close to NYC and not such a getaway. New Haven has had in the past, but I don't know if they have anything under a universally-recognized hashgacha these days.

I want to clarify that Ami's bagels in Waterbury sells items that are not CY - I just noticed that in your op.

Thanks everyone!

Someone recommended that we travel further towards Rhode Island for more interesting sights, so iyH I'll just be stopping in Waterbury en route to Rhode Island, for a break in driving.

I dont think theres anywhere else besides Waterbury, midway between NYC and Rhode Island, w kosher restaurants.

Stamford has 3 kosher restaurants. Depending on how you go, it is more convenient.
