You should for sure get it checked out. Other causes can be acid reflux--I get bubbles in the heart area that really feel like heart palpitations. It can also be from hyperthyroid and/or anxiety. It can also be a side effect of certain medications.

I have them occasionally for years! If I bend down really fast or get nervous about something and move too quickly. I have mentioned it to various docters and none were concerned. If its happening daily or more, that may be more concerning.

Definitely check it out. Go to a cardiologist, at very least have your GP do an ECK or EKG in the office .

I felt the same I thought it was heart problems. I got it checked out and everything was ok. I now realize whenever I feel it it’s an Anxiety attack. I usually take a break if I can I watch s small funny episode or do something fun to relax.

Definitely get it checked out!!
I had heard palpitations throughout my first pregnancy that I attributed to being pregnant which did not go away after the baby was born.
BH I went to get it checked out. Turns out I have a very common valve defect that I was born with but is often not detected until later in life.
I will need heart surgery one day to fix it.
Please get yours checked out
