Id like to make a family trip to lancaster. Any minyan there? Kosher food? Any decent hotels that are 2 bedroom suites?

Yes, there's a daily minyan. No kosher restaurants. There used to be a stand inside the amusement park, but I believe it's no longer open.

We rented really nice suites from Chabad of Lancaster and were able to cook there.

The shaliach trusted us to use the Chabad kitchen there because my son is a fellow shaliach but there is another kitchen on the other side where the suites are, however, all types of people, including non-Jews, use that kitchen and you would have to self clean and kasher to use it. (Speak to the shaliach about how to go about it).
