Anyone have a good recipe for strawberry soup? I would like to make for before and after the fast. Parve and milchig versions please

Milchig version, it is delisous! I always get rave reviews!
1 bag strawberries
1 small sour cream
About 1/4 cup sugar
Blend it all together. You could add water if it’s too thick.

Blended version:
Bag frozen straw, 1 can cherry pie filling (lite ok), 1 van yogurt, milk to thin-1/2-1 cup, as thin or thick as you’d like. Put everything in blender. Yum. Add some sugar if you like it sweeter.
For pareve:
Substitute any Parve milk or juice and omit yogurt. Optional: Add banana, or canned it frozen peaches
If you like pieces of fruit-1 bag straw sliced, 1 bag frozen or box fresh blueberries, optional: canned fresh or frozen peaches. You can also use only strawberries-2 bags
Sprinkle 4-5 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp van sugar on fruit. Allow to sit for 30 mins
In sep bowl combine any combination to equal 5 cups. Vanilla or straw yogurt, Greek or Leben-van or straw, sour cream if you like and about 1/2 cup milk. Add fruit.
