I made it last shabbos. They didn't really get crispy. I will keep playing around with it because I love the idea.

I would freeze them raw.
I make deli roll in the pepperidge farm puff pastry dough, and I freeze them raw. I bake them on Y"T so they taste fresh.

I'm confused but I want to make this quickly!!!
So each wrapper is it's own roll?
And u brush the ketchup sauce on the top as well???? Where egg would normally go? That seems wrong but seems a poster wrote that?

Yes individual deli rolls.
Brush sauce inside before rolling up with deli.
And once rolls, brush sauce on top as well.
