8 month old girl wedding outift

Hi! I'm looking for an outfit (a romper?) for my baby to wear to a close family wedding at the end of the summer. Don't want to put her in a dress. Is there such a thing as a fancy enough romper? In the winter I'd probably do a really nice knit. What do people do if they don't want to put their babies in dresses in the summer? Also, are there gemachs for these types of things or would I have to buy?

I actually found some really nice rompers on aliexpress, pair it with a nice expensive headband. You can always do the Lil legg sets but may b too weekday

My baby will be wearing a romper to my sister’s wedding. You can find some really nice ones sold as shabbos outfits in the frum stores (and by now all summer clothes are extremely reduced) Pretty socks and hair accessory. So so cute!! Nicer than a dress at that age I think.

I received a Laura Ashley stretchie as a gift when my daughter was born and it was gorgeous. Had tulle like a skirt. She wore it every Shabbat until she outgrew it. Maybe look for something like that?

I personally would get a poofy short dress with a really ruffly diaper cover. Lacy socks too.
I like being OTT every now and then, it’s fun. Dd plays perk-a-boo with her dress hem.

Please keep in mind that its usually quite cool inside the chasunah halls. I wouldn't put the baby in a onesie sleevless pantless type outfit. Also the look is a bit casual for our chasunahs. --Though really a baby looks adorable in anything!

For that age, a knit romper is the most in style for a wedding. Matching socks and headband will complete the look.
