A few years ago I used to buy ready to bake spelt challos. I've been off spelt for a while but I'm ready to try it again.
Of course I have zero recollection of this person's name ... she may not be doing it now, she may have moved away...
Or, I suppose, I would buy rolls. If you've found some you like, please recommend!

I dont know if she is in the business any longer but Rochel Leah Diskind used to sell.
Also, I noticed recently in Seasons both spelt challos and spelt challah dough.
Good luck!

Yes, thank you, that sounds familiar. Although she moved pretty far from me... but I've left her a message. If all else fails, meet ya at Seasons!
This site is so amazing. Whenever we need to know something that I can't find on Google, I tell DH, "I'll ask the ladies." Hardly ever fails!
