Let me know how it turns out. (Though only thing I don't like about to he recipe is I have to remember to marinade it the night before I have to cook it, which is more organized than I normally am...)

Thanks simcha2, the cooking method was surprisingly good! Dh added grill marks from the grill and we enjoyed it thinly sliced over a big green salad.
