I believe the recipe is in one of Susie Fishbeins cookbooks. Anyone wanna help me with this?

Please! people! I need this recipe asap!!!!! It's not in entertains or in coming home, I know this for sure. I just cant find my cookbook for some reason!

I got it from a school cookbook.... don't know if this is the one you want...
1 med red cabbage
1 bunch scallions
1 (12 oz.) box angel hair pasta
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2/3 c. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Shred cabbage, slice scallions and set aside. Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Cook and drain pasta. Mix e/t t/g.
Optional: add 1/4 c toasted sesame seeds before serving

Angel Hair Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 of an 8 ounce bag of angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
1/2 bag of cut up purple cabbage or ½ small purple cabbage head, cut up
3 stalks of green onion/scallions chopped
1 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/8 cup sesame seeds
Dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (regular vinegar can also be used)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
Saute slivered almonds and sesame seeds in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown. Shake all dressing ingredients in a container/dressing bottle. Combine pasta, purple cabbage, scallions, almonds and sesame seeds. Pour dressing over salad right before serving.
