I'm looking for a babysitter for the afternoons, in Lakewood. From 315 to 515. I will pay for a minimum hours if necessary. Does anyone have any leads?
Incidentally, doesn't ANYONE in Lakewood work until 5? What do people do?

I have the same question - What do people in Lakewood do with their kids until 5??
I was told that some people are eligible for CHS but still pay overtime because official hours are only until 3

Even the day cares only go until 4. CHS covers until 3 and you pay a fortune to extend until 4. There is virtually nothing until 5

I have a friend that sends her kids to Mrs. Aaron on E 8th Street until 5.

I thought places like Ready Set Grow had longer hours.
I actually watch my nephew every day from 4 - 5 (ends up being 5:30'ish till she gets home) for my sister because it is tough to find babysitters past 4.

Ready set grow goes till 5.
Gitty''s gan and kids place also go till 5 last I looked into it. Another option is putting a classifies in the BP weekly and getting a lady to come to your house and pay her hourly....

I have a cousin in lakewood that I am fairly sure goes until at least 5,maybe later. If still interested,let me know and I will double check. (She may be off for the summer as she just had a baby in June.
