So there are all these early allergen introduction packets for babies coming on the market.

Does anyone want to start a kosher version? Any entrepreneurs out there?

Most are not kosher because they contain the Big 8 (including shellfish), but if you do it with just 7, it could be kosher.

(I've heard that hello peanut is kosher but I haven't looked into it - but that's just peanut and I'd love to have one with all 7.)

Bamba for peanut allergies. Israeli kids have the lowest rate of peanut allergies in the world.
