I have a huge Costco sized package of frozen corn beef in my freezer. What can I make with it?
I use frozen pastrami in a number of dishes - but have no use for the corn beef (bought it by mistake).

It's great over salad.

Sautee onions and season, add thin strips of corned beef, and serve over rice, orzo or mashed potatoes
Mix with other deli meats, cut into thin strips and make deli roll, deli purses, deli bourkekas.
Make warm Reuben sandwiches!
