you may continue to say tehillim for her.
when we get the good news that she is doing better someone will post about it.
until then lets just keep on saying tehillim and davening for her.

No one looking at Abbie would say that the situation is good, but all things being relative, it is getting better and will continue to do so, G-d willing.

Some of Abbie's latest improvements are:

- The pain is abating somewhat, so there is less crying and discomfort on her part.
- She spends more time alert.
- She's starting to be able to read smaller print.
- She loves cards and letters from friends. We cannot overstate how important it is for her to get mail. Even one line on a postcard makes her so happy. Of course visits are always welcome but need to be planned ahead due to her schedule. Her address is:

- The feeding therapy has paid off, and her mother has started to do some "pleasure feeding" at home, meaning she's still on the feeding tube but is starting to take small amounts of pureed food by mouth. In fact, this morning, she had some pasta and vegetables.

I received the information via email. There is a woman named Chaya Malka Abramson who sends out weekly emails asking people to take challah in honor of certain people. Along with these emails she sends updates on some of the people who we are taking challah for. I do not know her source, though.

I don't personally know any of the people involved, just passing on the information.
