After reading some posts lately attacking women here how about we all make a commitment to be nice to each other—discuss with respect—no personal criticisms? We can get our point across without putting down the next person—no? A gut gebentsht year to all.

😋 This will.probably turn out to be a case of preaching to the choir. The generally polite people will all readily agree, while the ones who most need to make the commitment might not. But I can’t help but try.

Reminds me of the very controversial topic of tznius. lol. The speeches for improvement always go to the ones that don't need improvement in that area. (I think I opened a can of worms) maybe I should just delete this.

No it’s generally true. That’s the meaning of preaching to the choir. But it still is worthwhile to try—no? You never know if someone will take it to heart and make some positive change,

You can choose to suggest any changes that you see needs improvement.
What you can't do is to mussar people or check up on them to see if they're following your advice! We all mean well and we should all have a gut gebentched yur!
