I like the noodles made with 1/3 cup each sugar, soy sauce, regular oil (can be less), scallions, sesame seeds and just a few dashes toasted sesame oil

Take thinly sliced chicken cutlets. Spray or drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Trader Joe's everything bagel spice. Cook on grill pan, 3 to 5 minutes per side.

I make taco salad like I would make tacos but I arrange it on lettuce on a big platter but all the same ingredients, taco meat, beans, corn, tomato, avocado sometimes rice.

I sometimes make a big salad bar.. cut up lettuce, different veggies and prepare different proteins like grilled chicken & ground beef.

London broil is easy, serve with salad and Israeli couscous or a roasted veggie

I like to make chicken thighs with butternut squash and onions and I find it reheats well on the hot plate
