This is such a difficult thread. May Hashem give us a a blessed New Year. A Year of health, Parnassah, nachas from our children. Children for those who don't have yet. Shidduchim. A year of joy and happiness. A year of love and safety. Safety for all Jews and for goodness sake den Moshiach. This thread should be enough of a cry out in pain.
That is my wish! High achiever aren't I!

Amen OP to Moshiach!
This thread reminded me of what Rabbi Twersky says; A friend wished him "may you have many worries" because when someone has only a single worry it means that its a very big worry. Most people have many small worries.
On the same note, I think it is against human nature to have only 'one wish'. If a person is in such a rut that all s/he can think of is one single wish then that must be a very very hard place.
I am sorry to all of the imas here in pain and I wish you all to be in a place of hope where you can allow yourself to wish many wishes!

To have a different husband
To have enough money for daily living expenses.
To be the put together person I used to be before marrying my husband.
To be thin again.

To be a wonderful mother to my children (not that I think I'm a bad one)
And to become filthy rich =D

Don't be insensitive.
Perhaps her kids already give her nachas. And are healthy.
Or maybe with a vacation she will be able to relax and enjoy the nachas. Or maybe if they get fresh air and less stress they will be healthier children.

That my husband whom I love so much would be able to have a greater ability to have more empathy for others and be able to put himself in other peoples shoes.

Amother Wheat, I think onlyone may have been joking about the vacation wish, because of all recent vacation threads!
My kids where also never on vacation btw.

That everyone could see each the beauty in each other without all the judginess and grudginess that so often obscures. If that could happen, I think moshiach would arrive that very day.
