Finely grate raw butternut squash, add some grated onion, 4 lightly beaten eggs, some oil, lots of salt to taste.
Or roast butternut squash, scoop out flesh, add sauteed onions, 4 lightly beaten eggs, lots of salt to taste.
Bake at 400 for 45 min to 1 hour.

I just made this now and I want to freeze. Should I bake and freeze or freeze raw?
