I made sweet potato and carrot soup- is it better to keep in the fridge until Sunday or to freeze it?

Cooked chicken that is frozen ends up with a weird rubbery texture when rewarmed.
But schnitzel in the fridge by Monday won't taste fresh either. When I have schnitzel sitting in the fridge by Monday I make a big chicken salad and cut the schnitzel into small thin pieces.

I freeze or refrigerate and serve with a sauce. Smaller pieces last better. Reheat in one layer on the blech. Always get compliments.
