Can anyone post a link or share a recipe to a 5lb honey challah recipe? It would be super appreciated I told my MIL I would make for both of our families!

I make Rebbetzin Kanievsky's challah, which is a water challah. I use the recipe from the bio which I think differs slightly from the BY cookbook. I use less flour than the recipe calls for though I don't know exactly how much. I start with a 5 lb. bag and add in handfuls till I get it right.
You can use any challah and just swap the sugar for the honey. The recipe calls for 1.5 cups of sugar (minus what's used to proof the yeast). I usually use less than that. With honey, I use a scant cup.

Mine has eggs, but it might help someone else:
4 TBSP yeast w/ 3/4 C warm water to proof in a big bowl (I sprinkle on a drop of sugar as 'food' for the yeast)
After it's proofed add:
2 1/3 C warm water
1 1/3 C oil
1 1/3 C honey
5 eggs
1 TBSP salt
2 tsp vanilla extract (I just dribble in some)
5 lbs flour
