I baked a brisket for yt with lots of root veggies and spices. It’s not sweet. I’d like to use the leftovers for the second day and turn it into bbq pulled beef tacos. Can I just shred the beef and rewarm it on the hot plate in store bought bbq sauce? Or is there a better way to do it?
