I used to live in eretz yisroel. I remember fresh salmon was an issue. I'm pretty sure we got it at Hackers in Sanhedria. But there's a fresh fish store on rechov malachi if I'm not mistaken or maybe it was ovadia. (one of those small streets off geulah down to rechov tzfania.

There’s two places in machane yehudah and they do deliveries.
One is badatz on tapuach street, google it I forget the number, owner speaks English used to be in Har Nof.
One of them has a website so google machane yehuda fish and you’ll find it.
Also osher Ad brings fresh salmon weekly.

I use either
Rachamim on tzefania
Veinstien fish on Amos
*Both deliver
Then theres dagei romema who deliver
Well done at har chotzvim I heard has
BTW being erev shabbos and yt they run out around here

Most large supermarkets carry fresh salmon besides the shuk.

I bought from Rachamim, he's in the phone book. Really nice and yummy fresh fish. He also delivers.
