My daughter is in college and has a part time job. Once a week she finishes so late, she comes home by subway and gets home around 1 am. She literally just started. Do you think she can say something? It's a restaurant.

Is this from her OP or you? Meaning is this her that isnt liking getting home so late or is this you that doesnt like your daughter getting home late? If it is you, I think you have to just suck it up and deal with it, its part of the life of a restaurant worker. If it is your daughter, she could always ask, but I would assume, as I just said, that is the life of a restaurant worker.
