Would you be interested in having sessions over the phone? Perel Abramowitz was a huge help to me.

Esther Gersten is a fantastic therapist. She's in the Lakewood phone book.

You don't need to be in therapy.
A mentor or mechanech is good

Are there no parenting classes? They should have a follow up course for parents of teens. (Rebbetzin Spetner does)

Leah Trenk gives parenting classes. She has several levels. I took classes with her some years ago - my kids weren't teens yet, but her classes shaped my whole approach to parenting. I'm sure my positive relationship (B"H!) with my teens is to her credit.

Dr. Koslowitz has a class on parenting teens. She also does one-on-one parent management training. She'll help you not only understand your kid, but understand yourself and why you sometimes react in ways you wish you didn't. Highly recommend. Wish I had done it sooner.

I would highly, highly recommend Blimi Heller. I don't have her contact info right now, but if you google her name and 'unconditional parenting', you'll find some info.

Best of luck!
