Which Brooklyn high schools have tracks that's good for P3 students? So far I heard only about BY in Borough Park and Machon.
What about BY d'rav Meir, Prospect, BYA, Bnos Yakov, Masores?

What do you mean by separate tracks? Do BY and Machon actually have separate P3 teachers? I thought P3 would just mean the student gets tutoring help at home privately to keep up.

Yes they both have separate tracks. I know people that teach the P3 tracks in both schools.
